Return & Refund Policy
We are confident that you will love your service from Blue Wave. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know.

Refunds on new orders may only be issued within 72 hours after the order was placed. After 72 hours no refunds can be processed.

If you wish to cancel our services but have and extended subscription, you will receive a pro-rated refund from the time used.
